How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks out for local moves and 4–6 weeks out for long-distance moves, especially during the summer peak season. We can often accommodate shorter notice — call us to check availability.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We supply boxes, tape, and protective wrap sized for what you actually own, whether you want full-service packing or just the materials to do it yourself.
What happens to items I don't want to keep?
Add junk removal to any move and we'll clear out furniture and belongings you're leaving behind at the same time we move what's coming with you.
Are you insured?
We're finalizing our insurance coverage — contact us directly for our current status and any documentation your building or property manager needs.
Do you handle long-distance moves outside BC?
Yes. Long distance is half of what “LL” stands for — we move households to and from anywhere in Canada with the same crew and standard of care as a local move.
